Leon Vance (Rocky Carroll) started a new task force to hunt the killer and he appointed E.J. Barrett (Sarah Jane Morris), a special agent to lead investigation because she used to tracked that man from her mission way back in Rota, Spain. Gibbs (Mark Harmon) suspected Barrett and DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) sleeping together which bring little tension among them and compromised the team's loyalty. Ziva (Cote de Pablo) finally discover that her boyfriend Ray (Enrique Murciano) is one of a secret liaison of CIA to their team and start to question the true nature of their relationship. She also catch the man lying in some other way. In the later part, after of a several dead ends and after of the discovery of another victim, the show ended Ziva as well DiNozzo hanging out together but has been surprised by the human eyeball found in a glass of scotch sent by an unknown person.
